ABBA makes history by topping the charts in 17 countries with new album Voyage

Swedish pop super group ABBA has tops charts in over 17 countries with their new album Voyage and sells over 1 million copies worldwide since its release on the 5th November, This is groups first release after 40 years of absence.
ABBA’s new album, Voyage, made history with its success in the UK charts after hitting the number 1 spot on the official Album and Vinyl charts.
The album marked ABBA’s 10th number one UK album, and it went on to become the best-selling album in 2021 as it recorded the biggest sales in the first week in four years.
But ABBA Voyage album has also managed to top the charts in 17 different countries, as it achieved worldwide sales of over a million copies in its first week and received over 190 million combined streams to date.
Speaking to Inner Music the groups said “We are so happy that our fans seem to have enjoyed our new album as much as we enjoyed making it.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have an album topped the charts again.”
